How do people feel about false M stripes?

I still shake my head every time i see a bmw suv. But to be fair, i still don’t get why they thought the e36 was an improvement.

My SUV will pull 11.3 in the quarter, 11.7 with 5 people in it. My E36 is a vast improvement over the GF's recently acquired E30 and her car is in equal condition.

I have an M car and I don’t have any M badges at all... it’s like a prostitute wearing a shit that says “im a whore” we already know.. you don’t need to advertise it lol

I considered taking the badges off my E34 M5 for cleaner lines and waxing around the badge, etc but the body styling isn't wildly different vs your average 525, 530, 535 or 540. ///M cars nowadays and clearly distinguishable from their lesser counterparts.
