What I think of when I see 80% of PROJECT CARS.


3. Every forum should have a Dream section, and then a reality section of what it takes at a Labor and Funds stainpoint.

That would kill Most PROJECT CARS.

I wonder how many Aftermarket parts that are sold that actually make it to the car.

One is an E30 trailing arm rear suspension, and the other is an E36 multilink suspension. Quite a few differences ;)

While it can be done, I would argue it really isn't worth it. As mentioned above, I'd do it for e46m, but not e36m.

If I were you, I'd swap an S54 into the e36 and run with it - you would have a very capable car and a better all around package.

With that being said, if you have the fabrication skills and know-how to do this, go for it - I love being proved wrong by people who do things like this.

I have not yet started to hack out the trunk floor. I am still gathering all the information, knowledge, and parts. Not jumping into a project like this half assed.



Sorry, but I'm def swapping out the M20 for a Turbo'd K series Honda and the ZF from the M3.
