Need some help with my turbo swap

Alright I have a m50 that has been fully rebuilt with brand new parts on it. What I have is the miller war chip
    60lb siemen deka
    Blow through maf "miller"
    255 fuel pump
    Uncut harness with adapter
Miller blow through turbo base tune
Brand new sensors except the tps. The only one I haven't replaced
Stock compression with cutring head gasket and arp head studs
    Rfl bov
    44mm Godspeed wastegate
    Good and tight manifold
    Precision 5965 turbo
Well I don't really need to put all that down. But this is the problem I'm having. Look at the video and the maf voltage at idle. I'm running pig rich at idle but driving it's alright. I'm at about 13.7 - 15.9 just cruising. I'm planning on getting it tuned this summer if I don't sell it by then. But I need this fixed first

Maybe it just needs to be tuned at idle? What does Brody/Miller have to say?

Yea forgot to mention also. That I'm getting the right reading coming out of the maf but at the ecu with the scanner hooked up its reading 2.03 volts at idle. So I have something going on with the wiring harness. I'm going to run a new wire to the ecu and see what happens. I already talked to Brody and he helped me out.
