One of the guys I race with is just finishing up his Mazda Miata build with a Honda V6 out of IIRC, Odyssey. He's been putting it together over the past several years, and it does start and drive. There was a lot of fab work used to get it in there, but I'll be curious to see the lap times this season if he makes it out..

Can't really give a timeline at this point, but we will have more info soon. It really depends on how it all comes together. Building a running and driving swapped car is the easy part. Sorting out a full production swap is a different story. Luckily, we're good at it now.

Regarding a pic of the engine in an e30 bay, that will come in good time :)

A K24A2 E30 would be a good alternative to an S14 powered E30, that's for sure. If you want a responsive I4 E30 you get the same power, but in a lighter package, and not stupidly expensive (muh racin heritage). Those Honda cylinder heads can really breathe.

You gotta pressurize that M50 if you want to keep up with V6 family cars!

The pilot should feel like a bus though, compared to a ~2,800lb E30 with a 189hp. It only has 255hp to move its 4,400lbs down the road.

Even though I'm new around here. I'm not new to bad @ss swaps and if if i do go the swap way. I'd seriously consider this one. The balance and power could be amazing!

Yup, enough people were asking about them so we did some in our next batch of adapter plates.

We should have some machined billet aluminum engine mounts and an aluminum oil pan in the next couple weeks as well.

I’m very excited about this! Interested to see your pan/mount designs, and if any subframe modification is necessary.
