holy moly its so crazy hearing v8 sounds out of an e30. Glad you posted a vid. Not enough "first drive" vids on this forum lol. Maybe I'm just needy.

Yeah you mentioned the brakes being sketchy in the first vid, just because of no booster?

The whole garagistic/wilwood pedal/master manual set up is not "direct" bolt in. Not engineered great.
Lots of us here are having problems getting the set up to work and perform decently.
I just pulled all my pedals apart again to make a bunch of changes.

                        today:
                        bleed brakes and clutch

my goal is to get to a dyno day aboout 30miles away on the June 2nd. At this point, it just depends on brakes and getting a hood

                          Catching up on pictures
                          Exhaust pics

Put heat shielding on the clutch line and floor. ill probably bash this in some more later.

Foam tape to seal the rad to the core on the sides

Might as well use it all

                          Before:

Look at all that diff access

                          After:

Garagistic spare delete panel saves 4.7lb, not including hardware or paint.
sealed with foam tape. Pretty flush.

Removed Gargagistic X brace, i don't know how anyone can run this, its so low.

                          Pulled all this shit out

                          Got new hoses

Garagistic I hope youre reading this, cuz this plate thing sucks ass. Redesigned for better cable exits, and removing the stupid bulkhead barbs

Why buy new tires when you can just get some bottles for 1/3 the price?

Brakes work much better now, I think that a BBK/race pads will make it acceptable.
Many mods to the Garagistic set up but im getting it to fit and work better.

I made my pass through plate like that, it also mounts the reservoirs.

Care to detail the mods to the brake pedal/mount/masters you made?

I will be adding a dash support brace to where the pedal adapter mounts to the dash to eliminate bending in the area when braking.

Would the problems be the same if you had used Wilwood over Tilton pedals?

Any more pics of the adapted piping pass thru? Tia

Most of my changes have already been implemented in Garagistics latest version.
Cut the side out so the adjuster cable has room to swing. I opened it up a little more after this as well.

Then i ground back this edge to allow better tool access to the front bolt holes.
I dont have a good picture, i cut back the edge with red. I cut back about 1/2".

The last thing i forgot to do, is weld nuts to the rear mounting holes, this would make it SO much easier to install, and the brakes then become a 1 person job, except for putting the steering column back in.

No, the problem is the bracket not the pedals. The latest Garagistic bracket looks much better than the one I bought from them.

Ill try to get some later, the last 3 weeks have been non-stop last-minute-trying-to-make-it-to-events and I haven't stopped to take many pictures.
