Ive been researching way to much about boosters. A felllow member here is running the 1.8t audi booster and mc with his swap. Everything else works great and fits using a different reservoir. Hopefully this will be another booster. Setup that actually fits.
Thanks guys

Audi A4 B5 1.8t Brake booster and reservoir, Got this badboy damn near brand new for $75 bones. Also not pictured but included was a reservoir from a mk3 non abs, which is smaller then the stock Audi one.
How it mounts up
Thats the stock gasket layed over the 2 diagonals for the Audi. Same Size bolt holes, only uses two in a diagonal pattern.
Here is where I got confused. Stock bmw is 3/16 inch brake line with metric 10 bubble flare nuts. The Audi uses 1/4 inch brake line with metric 12 bubble flare nuts.
Audi on top, Bmw on bottom
And lastly the solution to the brake line dilemma. This is an Adapter, M10 3/16 - m12 1/4 bubble flare. It took me awhile to track this one down. It is from O' Reillys which I had to special order, Part number is 267000. Autozone makes a similiar one but it is wrong do not buy it.
Hopefully the stock line can be extended enough to work. I will be test fitting by the weekend!
Update!
Stock booster rod is 4 1/8" so a little shortening is in order.
Stock e30 clevis needs to be drilled out and re tapped to M12x1.5
Here it is installed. The stock lines reach just fine and bending was really easy. I screwed the line into the M/C and then just bent it into position.
That is a mk3 non abs reservoir. I believe anything in the vw/audi family will work.
Thanks guys
