    Convertible tonneau cover

Anyone have any pics of the tonneau cover painted, without that piece of vinyl on it?

I just removed the vinyl cover to reveal the paint underneath and cleaned it up. I think It looks better that way on my Royal blue car.

There is a lot of dust on this car but you can get the idea.

It's really easy to do. Just start tearing away at the vinyl and then clean up the paint underneath. I think I used some adhesive remover like goo gone?

I wish but my car isn't the original color. So it needs to be painted. No worries.

                  It's factory painted under there!?
I would have removed that vinyl a while ago.

Yes. Just needs the glue cleaned off but my car isn't original color so I had to have it painted. I love it tho.

Never even thought of the possibility that it's body color under the tonneau cover. Good info to know for people doing interior swaps!
