116k original miles, odometer works and verified through Autocheck report. No rust.

Automatic trans. Runs well, no major leaks.
Ac works, r134 converted. Power windows and locks. Manual crank roof. Alpine CD player w/ Polk speakers.

Crackless dash, clean black interior. 14 inch basketweaves with fairly new tires.

Clean title Pink slip in hand, passed smog, registration due on the 22nd of April.

Could use a suspension refresh. Valve cover gasket and rocket shaft plugs, I will do this for the new owner if asking price is met. Has a respray.

Edit: VCG and Rocker Shaft Plugs fixed today. Tags paid

A respray isn't necessarily a bad thing IMO. I'd rather have an e30 with a decent respray than one with original paint that's beyond saving.

Post some more pics, especially some close up of the paint.

I would have to agree with you, but some buyers are more pickier than others. Lol
