SOLD. NLA Mason Engineering E30 Lower Front Cross Brace (x-brace) Aluminum - $200 OBO

SOLD. This thing will really stiffen up your chassis. Very noticeable. (Goodbye driveway-groan that's for sure.) Low weight aluminum, Low stack height design. Great craftsmanship.

Works with skid plate, does not seem to work with M3 control arms (for me anyway) - the fins will rub at certain ride heights/loads i guess, which you can see in the pics. Divots do not seem structural at all but if you would like to school me please do so in the comments.

Asking $200 picked up or best offer will be accepted. I cannot find this piece for sale anywhere but it looks like they were over $350 back in the day.

    PM me thanks.

I wonder if this is an early version? I have a Mason brace too, but no problem with my aluminum e30 control arms. Mine brace might be steel though, I can’t recall. This one would look good with Alu m3 control arms from underneath the car, too bad it didn’t fit. Glws!

Thanks bud - yeah i actually freaking love the thing - and didn't have (or notice) any problem when i was on H&R's.. then it started binding when i went lower on the GC coilover conversion (with shortened struts and shocks).

Seems like the opposite would have happened Beyond my engineering level i guess. It could def be slightly modified to work.. a route i may go if no one buys er

It did look good. May I ask about the rest of your suspension? I would love to plonk this thing back on.
