i'm building very special project. i've spent weeks / 100s of hours researching telephone, visiting retailers and specialty shops, and of course the internet.....i could use a little help. here's what i need...
1. super super light
2. 15" - 17" diameter rim
3. 4 bolts 4" opposite center to opposite center measurement
4. rim width - open
5. back space 4" or less
6. rubber width open
7. rubber will be 23" - 27" diameter
7. tire and rim together, need to weigh 20 pounds or less.
8. project is shhhhh...however racing applications
9. complete fab shop is available
