ok gotta e30 2 door 325is i broke the shift rod that was in it the car used to be and auto but made into a manual well anyways i broke the shift rod and replaced it with another one i got out of a junk yard it was out of a 2 door 325is but now that the other shift rod is in my reverse 1st and 3rd gear are up way higher than they were and 2nd and 4th are up a little higher any advice please let me know anything helps
