ive come up with a must list. my offers for individual peices and the package together as follows:
5 idle control module (green box next to the ECU inside glovebox)

10 all the head sensors around the thermostat (3 or 4?)
5 main relay + additional handful of the relays (must all be working relays non sticky)
5 fuse box cover
5 02 sensor
15 pair of rear calipurs (cant be rusted or frozen)
5 chrome trim+retaining clip (above the passengers door on the raingutter)
1 grill+kidney small tin retaining clips
10 windsheild washer PUMP (not resivoir)
10 center console
10 steering surrounds up to cluster knee bolster and all that
20 power steering pump+lines if they didnt leak
20 heater core
5 rear ashtray (uncracked)
5 rear speaker deck
5 red sidemarkers ONLY if uncracked and still alittle glossy
5 hood release cable + mounting screws for handle (only if smooth operation)
5 your best tie rod end
