It was a long process for me but ill tell you the short cut. Get the brackets. Find any set of headrest...no matter the color. You will be extremely lucky to find a matching indigo set so YOU need to find it.
I went to my local flea market and I found a vender selling remnants of all types and shades of leather. And behold, I got lucky with a near perfect match, halfhide, $40. I then took the leather to a local upholstery shop and he did the set for $50. I couldnt be happier and I had more material for additional fixes in the future.
Depending on where you live, finding a perfect match may be a challange. Leather shops and fabric stores were some of my 1st stops.
Im not sure if youve looked at my old pix but they were shot with my old headrest that were dyed and came out wrong. Ive gotta take some more pix once the weather cooperates. GL.
Cheers!
