Just got your question about your brakes. Your problem is very simple. Your calipers have pistons that are about 60% too big in terms of piston area. They have 1.75" pistons while 1.38" would be enough.
Even if you ditch the fixed pressure valve, it won'T allow enough rear hydraulic pressure to balance your brakes.
