Hi Will, the Z3 SSK is a pretty simple-- but complete-- "kit". It's just the selector rod itself with bushings and circlips for installation, but this is all you need. It's an OEM kit so it's fairly easy to install. I installed a similar kit onto my E30M30 swap and absolutely love it!
