It does not have AC but it does have power steering, the power train is in perfect working condition other than the heater blower and engine fan not working (fuse or relay). I can not get any specs on the CAMS since the manufacturer is very confidential on his specs, the only info he provides is the Dyno HP gains which is 17whp.
