I think you'll see when it's done that the pan sits high, maybe even higher than stock M20. The front is also angled so unless you have an off into a curb...

I love the interlocking design of the AKG mounts, this seems to mirror that.

You could also offset these to easily move the motor back another 10mm (there's room!) or use female threads so...
