Concept for the pickup screen. #14 mesh will be bonded between the two halves. Printed in CF-Nylon I think.

It got kicked-back because my file had "too many sharp edges".... I guess that happens during conversion to STL, but the STEP file is fine so off to printing....

I'm working on an aluminum version of the pan, just because... The fun part is that hopefully I can solve the oil pickup issue once and for all. Instead of "figure it out" it will be 3d printed...

Well, sir... Everything went to shit with the introduction of the coolant, didn't it? Downhill after the M64 (except for Metzger, of course..)...

If it gets this bad it's just not economical to rebuild: there are just so many of these motors floating around.

Otherwise the bearings can be replaced, new cam ledges, even the Alusil can...
