Horn Not working - Troubleshooting Help

Heres what I've tested so far:

1. K2 Relay clicks and works properly.
2. Horn works when jumping K2 relay pins.
3. 12v at K2 relay pins.
4. Fuse #7 is intact and has continuity.
5. Horn Button works and has continuity.
6. Touching + and - wires behind horn button does not activate horn.

It seems like there is bad contact somewhere between the wheel and the fuse/relay.

What else do i need to check? Do I need to remove the steering wheel? Are there some brushes that are worn out or broken?

This is an non-airbag 3 spoke "Sport" steering wheel with one large button.

Pull the steering wheel and check the contacts on the steering column. I had a similar problem where those contacts were dirty.

Mark the shaft and steering wheel. Loosen the nut but DON'T remove it. Sharp pull up and the steering wheel should come loose (if you remove the nut, you'll smack yourself in the face with the steering wheel). Now remove the nut, and remove the steering wheel. Take a look at the contact strip and contacts. Jump it there on the column, if that works, then you have a contact issue between the column and steering wheel.
