Looks pretty good but I may try to find something even smaller. Car isn't used in winter and need extra space to mount my coil there also.

I think I may be retrofitting a washer bottle from and 91 Honda Accord. The bottle should fit in the inner fender well and filler neck comes up and should bolt to the core support. This is all in theory, I had to order one for a customer and I thought it would be a cool idea. Clean and hidden. I let you guys know when I do it and if works.

I know someone has an e30 with a VW globe washer reservoir, but I don't remember who. It's kinda retro, a big sphere.

I think I will try to find or improvise something small like no larger than 6x6" and hopefully a little less.

I have an E21 washer reservoir... its a lot smaller than stock and fits in the stock location. I thought about mounting it but just never got around to it and I've been driving with no wiper fluid for weeks. Kinda sucks.

I'm not familiar with what parts are needed and I really need to get rid of that ugly shitty box.

66-71 Mopar B-bodys had this one, it's kind of compact. I cant recall the exact size. But it's around 9x6x3

I shaved my washer nozzles off of my hood when I painted my car about a year ago. The plan was to locate some sprayers on the underside of the hood in that rearward area that is exposed, or actually putting some on the wiper arms themselves. But I have found that I don't really need the washers at all so I have decided to stay washer-less. If you aren't driving in snow all of the time and wash your car regularly enough, they aren't really necessary.

If you want to stay oem e30, I have this oddball intensive washer reservoir. I believe it's from the headlight cleaning system of a 325iX, which has the regular and intensive washer reservoirs in separate locations due to space constraints. See page 68 of this euro owner's manuel PDF.

And from realoem (disregard the placement, as you can see in the PDF link above where it actually goes in the engine compartment).

Interesting, I need a solution to run my top mount turbo with my headlight wash wipe seup. Running the dual chamber corrct part now and was going to try th ix unit in the battery tray but then I mess up the wash wipe setup. Any P/N on that smaller res?

This also looks like a E32 intensive wash setup, Robrez the pn on the small ix part is 61671381709, can you confirm? I would be interested in purchasing it.

The part number on the reservoir is 61671376850, with a date stamp of 6/85. I believe that 61671381709 is a superseding number for the same part, as both parts numbers are linked together on this retailers website http://autoplast.org/catalog/bmw/199...22129/2359589/

I wanted to keep this reservoir together with my HCS, but I'd entertain selling it if you cannot find and alternative.
