'91 DS 318i sedan Build/Fix thread

So this was my neighbor's car just up the hill from me. He just got a WRX so he decided to sell his 318i. I paid too much but just couldn't resist because it runs and drives just flawless! It needs cosmetic help but that's mostly the fun part.

I also need floor mats, a shift knob, and four unbroken door handle interior trim surrounds. Lots of little things.

M3 slept outside last night, poor thing ;)

Very excited about this car. Mechanically it is in tip top shape! I have been inspecting it and everything looks really sound.

Got the bad fender off, let me know if anyone local has a replacement! I also would like an iS trunk spoiler in decent shape - this car has one but it's ugly.

Should look much different by the end of the week!

Nice score.. There is a silver one two houses down that I keep reminding the owner if he ever wants to sell it..

He seems like a artist, musician or hippie of some sort, so he's got to be hurting for $$$ sometime soon! :)

Updating my WTB list. Thanks to everybody who has helped me gather up parts so far. iS front lip is on the way and picking up lowering springs tomororw. Things are coming along!

Alright, with the help of Knoepfler I was able to knock a few key items off the list. I now have a DS front bumper, passenger fender, and a great looking trunk spoiler. iS front lip should be here soon too!

I've got wheels if you want them, and should have the oem radio too. tape player doesn't work, but radio worked fine.

I'm just not 100% that I kept it in the move.
