Well that's a pretty crazy story. I can't make any guarantees that your oil pan will be protected forever. It really depends on how much abuse you put the SkidPlate through.
I hope you're able to get things straightened out. I'm sure they'll do their best to take care of you.

Can't believe I haven't seen these until now. The craftsmanship looks incredible and much nicer than most, if not all, the other e30 plates offered out there

Be sure you'll be hearing from me once I drop my e30

              In a word....nothing
I don't have access to an iX to develop one. I'm keeping my eyes open but they are hard to find around here.

I need one for my m42 rallycross car, but I'm not really sure I like that cutout for the drain plug.

I was just going to say that I think I'd want one without a cutout. it doesn't take that long to remove a few bolts when you do an oil change, plus things would stay cleaner.

I can cut them without a drain hole. That goes for all of my SkidPlates too.

Also, any pics installed on a 24v? I'm just curious. Also, any pics of the 24v ones period? sorry if I missed it if there was a post with them in it. Was gonna get 2, one for the rallycar and another for the m50 car.
