WTB Clean E30...Looking for cars $10K and up

Getting ready to start overhauling my car, but debating picking up a new car already in great shape. Base budget is $10K but willing to pay more for the right car. So show me what you have and who knows.

    Ideally:
East Coast, but I am willing to look at West Coast cars
325is or MTech - Will still consider non IS or non M-Tech cars, but they are preferred
    Manual ]]ÈHۉݙX[HØ[ÈX[Ú][ˆ]]ÈÝØ\ ]›ÜˆHÚ\œžHØ\ˆ]ÛÝ[™HÛÛœÚY\™YBÛÝ\HfW'Bâ6VFàФÓ#2MÝ…ÁÌ€ ¡MÝ…Á́ݥ±°½¹±ä‰”½¹Í¥‘•É•¥˜Ñ¡•ä…É”Ý•±°‘½ Õµ•¹Ñ•‰ä„±½¹Ñ¥µ”HÍ؝ȁ½È‘½¹”‰ä„É•ÁÕÑ…‰± ”Í¡½À¤4)M•ÉÙ¥•ÌÕÀÑ¼‘…Ñ”…¹Ý•±°µ…¥¹Ñ…¥¹•Ý ¥ÑwafflesÍÕÁÁ½ÉÑ¥¹œ‘½Õµ•¹Ñ…Ñ¥½¸€4)=É¥¥¹…°A…¥¹ Ё¥¸É•…Ё͡…Á”€ resprays

    Non Negotiable:
Rust & leaks - At this price point rust and leaks shouldn't even be in the equation
Diving boards, unless it has Euro bumpers or M-Tech I kit, not interested
    No 318s
Salvage titles are a no go

        Clean title

I have a phonebook sized folder of maintenance since the 90's. It is a really special car, enthusiast BMWCCA member owned and very well cared for/garaged. There isn't a single door dent or ding on it (original paint as well).

Too much to list everything right now, but if you are serious give me a call 541.510.1799

They honestly don't get much nicer than this.
