So it's a simple little kit, 6 adaptors and 6 M8 flat head bolts. No Porting of the manifold needed
    $60 +shipping ($5.20 USPS)

Or $80 +shipping: You get flanges, flat head bolts, complete studs set "6 short & 6 long", Nuts and washers.

    1. Remove lower exhaust studs.
    2. Thread in stock exhaust studs into threaded holes of adaptors ( i suggest locktite)
    3. Slide adaptor top hole over top stud on head and insert flat head bolt into lower counter sunk hole and thread into head and tighten.
    4. Now slide 524td turbo manifold on to studs and tighten.

You'll need to get the standard exhaust gaskets as well as the exhaust gaskets for the 524td that you can get from Pelican parts...

It may! I can't say for sure, don't know your setup but I'm sure if your just slightly touching it this should do the trick..
This adaptor is 5/16" then add 1/16" per gasket. So your looking at about a spacing of 7/16"

              ------------

If your looking for more info this is the Idea/build thread..

I have the 524td manifold that has no egr port. So it's a little closer to the head.

the stock top studs are long enough?

had these been around back in the day, i would have picked them up for sure. no more m20 though...
