I have kind of mixed feelings about my last transaction with them..
I bought a set of control arms off them a year ago- 3 months ago i did my brakes and noticed one outer ball joint was completely toast.. i call up BMA and buy a new one and ship my old one back to them... Yves told me that before he could give me a refund he had to send the C/A to the manufactor... 2 weeks later i email him back about the refund and he told me that the manufactor declined as the part was improperly installed. WTF? Anyways, he was very cool and gave me 70$ of store credit.... props on Yves, but not on meyle-

This needs to be said. Patrick has always helped us e30 guys out on pricing and such, but he really came through for me tonight. I broke an oil pan at about 8pm est, called him ASAP even though it was close to closing time there in Cali. He put the order for my pan in before he even had my payment info, and is overnighting me a new one for a great price. That shows great customer service IMHO, and my BMA loyalty is simply reinforced.

I highly recommend Patrick and BMA parts.

I just wish I didn't get slaughtered with taxes/tarriffs when I order from him. I lose all discounts over dealer pricing in border charges. :evil:

The only parts company I like to buy from. He dropped an order by accident, and he was nice enough to admit fault and to get it out ASAP. Always tries to help me out with pricing, and they usually get it here in less than a week... not bad for cross country.
