That's right, something for all you photoshop wizards to bust out your mad skills upon.
The top part of the forum page is a little boring. The logo will remain the same, but what I want is something to fill the rest of the space. I did something VERY quickly in Pshop/Paint to show what I want, here it is:
Basically, some kind of a border around the existing logo, that fills the empty white space, and turns into the segmented German flag color bars, like I have here. The border doesn't necessarily have to be black, I was actually envisioning it being like a rounded, sort of glass texture edge or border. While I'd like to keep the basic idea of this design, feel free to get creative! I'm not toatally against the German colored bars even being the M colors, but I'd have to see it first. Whatever the design ends up being, it needs to fill the space up until the area for the advertising banners, and also needs to be able to be scaled for different screen resolutions.
So what's in it for me, you ask? Well, I'll tell ya!
There won't be a deadline for submissions, this thread will remain open to submissions until a final decision is made. The artist whose design is chosen will get:
- A shop/BBQ apron with a high quality print of the BMW Finance / Mobil1 E30 M3
and...
- A DVD copy of the 1992 Spa Francorchamps race, featuring the Fina / Bastos E30 M3
So fire up whatever pirated version of Photoshop you're running, and good luck!
