Yes it will but the shifter will be close to it in the park position about a finger gap between them.

You can try to sift through the old post some folks posted how it looks in an auto.

Updated original post with pictures of the rear one installed beside the ebrake. It has a special base which goes into the stock pocket beside the ebrake and is held in by friction. Only fits non-modified rear consoles and can be removed back to stock without issue.
