I've been wanting a set of clear lenses myself. I want to do the cut-off shield mod (bending the shield a tad to produce more color) and fit it with clear lenses for a sharper cutoff. TSX/S2K projector retrofit would be tits, but I don't have time for that.

that's exactly what i'm looking for. anyone know if those lenses can be purchased seperately from the housings? google just turns up sales of the whole headlight unit.

Those lenses on a smoked housing may look good for a show car, but not my taste.

On the other hand, it may freshen/newify the front end a bit.

Nobody has pictures of them smoked? I got a set of US ellips for free, nothing wrong but trashed lenses. I want HIDs, but no plastic lenses because of heat issues (reguardless, I play safe than sorry, ladies)

                            Bmwlight is plastic, iirc.
Glass + no flutes + smoked hellas = might make or break the car. My reasons:

Make it: modernize the front end, sharper cutoff, and clearer (sort of) light.
Break it: uncommon, MIGHT look weird..

                            Photoshop anyone?
