Its my second day on it and I'm next to dead. The fitness test yesterday messed me up good lol, I had to pause it and take a serious breather because I was seeing stars and my world went black for a second.. I thought I was in better shape. :(
The Plyometric cardio today wasn't too bad, I did a good 35 min of it (45 min workout) and the last 10 min I could only do half exercises.
Anyways, does anyone else have an experience with this workout?
