The chassis has been scrapped, but it had 229k on it; the M50 has a little over 180k on it. It has a new water pump, thermostat, and hoses as of August 2010. The only things you would need if you purchase this would be an exhaust, radiator, brake booster, and E28 engine mounts (this swap has been together for over 4 years; the engine mounts show signs of wear and should be replaced). It is being parted because it was involved in a front end collision, hence your need for a radiator.
