How to wire your new Smileys

Let me start off by saying I'm not thaaat mechanically inclined, most of this was figured out through process of elimination. "If it doesn't fit here, it must fit there..." and back tracking my old HID kit. A few people have requested photo's and a write up of Ary's Smileys. So here it is.

Materials Used:
-Power drill
-7/8ths drill bit
-Reamer bit
-6 pack of Great White
-Phillips Screw Driver

It's DDM's Raptor kit.
55w, 5000k temp...the whitest possible HID supposedly.

Did those smileys have the city light plug also?
I have a set on my car and just have been to lazy to figure out where that part of the wiring comes into play.

Yeah they have the city light plug, I just couldn't find a "white" city light so I left it alone for the time being. I don't want coke white headlights with a yellowish city light haha.

the h1s you said are the only size that fit is that for lows or highs. and did you use connector that came with headlights?

when ordering ddms raptor kit. did you get the mounting brackets? and is the adapter cables a necessity? the h1/h7 to 9006 ones?

Im noob with whats required but would be able to wire this up more then easily

Im gonna get those smileys ary is selling if theyre still available when I get the time....if that helps..

was it necessary to plug up the bigger connector also? i have mine connected via the two smaller connectors and thats it and it works just fine.

I did not buy the mounting bracket. My old HID kit didn't have one, so I figured I could just let the ballast rest in the engine bay (no problems yet). I bought the adapter cables just in case (shipping is $$$) so I figured "whatever. I'll buy it just incase" and I didn't end up using it.

I'm not sure what you mean by the bigger connector? Is there any kind of a picture that could explain it more? If they work how you have them wired, I wouldn't mess with them.
