Tachometer and Coolant Gauge Don't work

My Speedometer and my Gas Gauge work perfect. This problem has been active since I purchased the Car is February. But when you smack the Dashboard both Gauges jump for a hot second then back down to their inactive state. Any Idea why this is happening?

bad grounds on back of cluster. possibly corrosion on the pins or cracked solder joints.

all pretty easy to fix.

Thanks Pal. Any Idea on how I could take the Cluster/Dashboard out? Like a Step by Step Guide or just just basic Guide for the Cluster
