I forget the diameter (7/8 I think), but get a bolt just large enough to bite into the aluminum when threaded in from the bottom. Then use a drift and hammer from inside to pound on the bolt, which will pull the aluminum with it. Works better with a impact wrench to really jam the bolt in.
Basically, plug the hole in the aluminum by threading in a bigger bolt from the underside, then pound on the "plug" from inside to drive it out. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus |
