North of Seattle Caravan to the picnic

It's that time of the year again! Lets get a caravan together to cruise down to the picnic sunday morning. Last year we met up at the Ash way park and ride in Lynnwood right off I-5 on exit #183. We had roughly 12-15 cars iirc. Who is up for it this year?

Picnic starts at 10am and its just over an hour drive so we can meet up at 8:45-8:50 and drive out at 9am sharp.

Well there is another park and ride on 164th like half a mile away from the freeway. The ash way park and ride is right by the freeway.. kind of on the corner of I-5, 164th and ash way. Just google search "ash way park and ride lynnwood WA"

I must consider if driving up there from Ballard is worth it. I'm afraid that not driving up with the Portland crew this year is going to give me caravan withdrawal :(

No, were 20 minutes away from the freeway. We would still be there a 7:30

You can always drive out on I-5 south from ballard around 9:15 and wait on the shoulder untill you see e30s rolling and join us...

The caravan withdrawal will comes from not cruising with E30's for multiple hours. I'm sure if the Ballard/Greenlike guys stop blowing up their engines/transmissions we'll have a good group from here. It'll just be a shorter drive.
