About Startec, i have been holding an eye out for a set that don't have a crack in them and doesn't cost 300-500$...
So other alternatives has gone into my mind.
In the winter we are going to experiment with some clearcoat/black/red 2k paint combos, many years ago we did something similar too some turnsignals that came out just perfect.
Time will tell, until then, i got the original rear lights that has been wet sanded down and polished and they look alright.

Theres not really an alternative, other than tinting an oem set, but it would look cheap on an otherwise gorgeous m3.

Might have to bite the bullet, it would be the iicing on the cake :)
