yup - same housings, lenses. but the fog brackets are different. they look just like the realoem drawing actually. PO of this valance has a set of brackets available.

differences between pre 9/85, 86-87, mtech1 fogs:
- the core lens+housing is the same on all of them
- so is the connector
- on a pre 9/85 the mount bracket has a long extension on it - it mounts to the rad support, not the valance
- the 9/85-9/87 fogs mount to the back of the valance, so it's bracket is flat.
- on an mtech1 you only use the lens+housing, without the bracket - it mounts right into the spoiler without the surrounding bracket.
- not sure how these mount on an M3
