    M30 SS long tube headers

Link to feeler to see my shitty phone photo of them installed on my m30.

IE sells a shorty set for 425(out of stock)

I'll do 400+ shipping for direct fit m30b35 long tube that clears the e30, if interested I can also add Vbands to allow EASY disconnect for an extra 60.00(vbands are 17.00 a pop X2)

I have a spare m30b35 and the front clip of an e30 that I used in making the m20 twin scroll manifolds. These m30 headers will be welded with my Miller MIG with internal welding and heat sinked to avoid warping(all headers will be assured level and leak proof). You will need to make the exhaust from the down pipe back, these will fit on your e30, clear the belly and allow easy work from the headers back.

304SS welded to a mild 3/8" plasma cut flange that are designed locally for the m30 by my friend that owns RLD.

I will need 200USD up front to pay for supplies then the remaining 200+shipping will be paid before it is shipped.
**There is a 4% paypal fee that will be added to any order that is paid as business or services.**

There is no minimum or max limit to requests, I'll setup and make as many as there is people that want them.

**I do not have data on power gains, I do not have access to anything that could tell me, but I know they flow a SHIT ton better than stock cast.**

If you need engine mounts, I also make those for the m30b35 ONLY the b35:

I'll do a package deal on both.

570.00+shipping/paypal fees for headers and mounts. (40.00 off)

What are the specs on these? What are the primary lengths, wall thickness, and so forth? More pics of the design would be helpful as well.

Went and took that, I am not removing my manifold for specs, I have 3 orders that will be made, I'll provide specs once I get some finished up. ANYTHING is better than the stock m30 cast manifolds, I can 100% back that these flow better than the stock 90 degree walls BMW called a manifold.

How do you not know what you are making or your material specs?

                  Am i missing something?

I take s52 304 SS 16ga headers, remove the s52 flange, tack weld the first tubing to the outlet on my flange and heat/move, tack as I go then I seam weld up tight and done. I COULD spend more time make them from tubing as I go but I do not have a way to bend SS, so I would have to cut and weld more pieces. If people do not want them that is fine, there is zero offerings on the market for the m30b35 that is under 900.00. I am willing to cut weld and mock up a complete custom manifold...but it will not be under 500 or even 1k I am offering an affordable manifold that bolts right up to the m30 clears everything on the e30 body and flows better than stock for under 500.00.

Once the manifolds come in I will measure and show fitment, I am using the SAME ones I have on my e30, they are amazing and fit super well with 2mm clearance of the exhaust outlet. I don't want people to think I'm duping them, I'm not trying to, just trying to offer something affordable to the community.

So, if anyone wants a m30 manifold under 500 that bolts right up and clears everything I can offer that, if not the best I could find was from

http://www.motorsportsdownunder.com/catalog/i6.html the shipping IN Australia is 50.00 so i am guessing around 1k to our doors in the USA. So remove yourself if you do not want a manifold.

BUT, if you want a manifold that will fit and clear everything on your m30 swapped e30, I have a front clip of an e30, I have engine mounts and a spare m30b35 that will be used for test fitting the manifold, they WILL clear and all for under 500.00. No matter where I take my e30 and people notice the engine with true headers they just want a set, I always decline because I do not really want to setup for one set. So if the three members want a set I will setup and get them made. Shant from Bimmerheads is the 3rd and also has the info on how they are made.

BEST part? the flanges are made right here in the USA using a design from when I was working with RLD they fit without interfering with outlet from the head and slide on and off like stock would. Only issue is my local friend is moving his shop and plasma cutting table. I contacted a guy that cuts stuff for Bimmerheads and Ultimate Klasse he is the owner of red46.net and makes some great plates for our community, getting an idea on time frame from him to supply my flanges.

Great to know, I was wondering if it was possible to cut the flanges off of some of the ebay m/s/50/52 headers and stick them to the m30 flanges. Werd.
