I've been waiting for you. :| lol That sounds so creepy. In all seriousness, I've been looking for some custom CNC alum. panels and pieces. I don't have exact dimensions yet though. My ideas are pretty straight forward ...I think. What's the best way to contact you when I'm ready?

Nice work. I got a few items for my m60 that could use a aluminum upgrade.

I could send the exact dimensions and pay you to make a one off piece :)

Have the brass in my shifter and it is wonderful.

Now to get it to work in reverse...

Any possibility you could make some exotic brass or bronze
                      12mm Subframe riser bushings
                      Trailing arm bushings
Diff bushings within a poly jacket or just straight brass/bronze
                      And front control arm bushing?

Would like your input on either brass or bronze placed in these areas.
It's cool you're also from sac!

I run our family owned machine shop in San Diego. I do it all from print to part and this is a hard one to break into. someone else is always ahead of you and im sure as hell not going to steal a company's part. and we are a verry busy job shop at that, so just having the time to run side jobs for my self gets tough. just made some rx-7 brake caliper adapter plates for the E30. simple part but its all I have had the time for. good luck.

Im in this for manufacturing point, not just cnc/machining. I wont stop here.
I am a big fan of exotic materials. one of them is carbon fiber. Not being used for "looks", but used efficiently for its actual properties. To make parts out of that, you need molds, and molds are made with cnc machines. I realized that after buying all materials needed to start making carbon fiber parts.
Therefore I jumped full speed at it and learned cnc language, since I was already working for such shops. Now I own(payments ;)) a machine, and decided to put it to work.
I know its hard to find work, and all the little items I will make for people here aren't going to make me rich, but its the experience that matters.

Hope it all works well for you with the rx7 setup, I have it boxes also, Need to install it on my car.

I would like a spark plug wire holder for my m20 that bolts to the valve cover like stock.
                            Engraved BMW or not.

An intake manifold plug with dual/triple vacuum ports would be helpful for those boosted or just on MS (needs vacuum signal line).
How about those thermal spacers for intake manifolds to keep heat transfer at a minimum? I don't know what material they are made of.
Aluminum fan shroud is another piece I wanted to make in the future.
Oil distribution blocks that bolt into the oil pressure sensors would also be neat if you could beat TRM's price of $35 or something.

                            You do cool work.

Spark plug wire holder would look cool, but its more looks than anything.
No worries, I like the idea, and will keep in mind.
That intake manifold plug has been itching me for a while, I was wondering if I should make some, but ive seen plenty of people just tap into it.
I have one from Seta engine, It has dual connection.
I also already have made a oil splitter about a year ago. Have it somewhere in a box.

In case some have concern to progress so far.

I am trying my best to make time for these projects. Your ideas all sound good, some better.
I ask that you please understand, that if something is more demanded, It will be higher on my list of things to make.
The one-off custom pieces.... I will contact some of you if I like the challenge and we can agree on a decent price.
Currently I am focused on the TPS Sensor Bracket.
Also I ordered a few tools and some other necessities for me to do this, and Im waiting for them to arrive.
I will keep this thread updated when I have more

I have slightly changed the design of the Bracket. Simpler, and less bulky.
