I saw that too.....its a nice car, but his 17k asking price doesn't fit the build. its a m50, bad suspension/wheel set up (imo)

Im only asking 15.5k and I have an s52 not an m50...

maybe its a polite way to say the cars presented to me are not properly done......there have been some decent ones, but I want one that is 100% , undercarriage squared away and clean, interior spot on without wear (including carpet) all electronics working with no lights on in dash, straight as a arrow body panels (realize road chips in front will be present) , proper stance, wheels, valance and splitter, exhaust with the factory twin angled placement, engine bay clean, and everything routed properly without a bunch of butt connectors, etc.....to clarify "properly done" ....it is what I consider properly done, maybe the next guy might not like my specifics.....but thanks for the bump!

I did.....if I had to rate this one on what i'm looking for it would be a 7.5 on the scale.....the engine bay has a lot to be desired....I have found some m60 swaps on you tube and i'm talking to a few owners....I realize most on this forum are rolling their eyes at me....I don't have the time to refine someone else's build.....I will pay dearly when I find the unicorn

I really think you should find a clean stock car and get the swap done to your liking. At this point I feel like your expectations are a bit too specific to the point you'll be disappointed at almost any car listed.

This thread is like the kid on high school who is totally going to build the most amazing stupid fast mustang, just as soon as he sells his Taurus, because even though he totally has the money, he doesn't have room for two cars, and besides, his uncle's friend had one he's going to buy, but he hasn't been able to get a time to do it, because the guy is to busy being lead NASCAR mechanic-phd. Oh, you don't believe him? Here's a picture of a special edition Camero his dad owns, but totally let's him drive any time he wants, because his dad usually drives his Porsche. Why doesn't he drive it to school then? Because he doesn't want it to get keyed by jealous losers. He'll totally show you guys later, after school, that is, unless his girlfriend who is totally a model from the town over doesn't want to hang out. But if she's busy, he'll meet up with the Camero that is practically his anyway. But honestly, his model girlfriend will probably want to hang out for some over the pants action, so maybe another time.

I realize this a younger crowd, I don't deal with mustangs and camero's, I don't have to sell my Taurus and I do have room for one more in the garage , oh.....and I do not have a super model (nor do I want one) .....I do have a Gt3 that I love , I just want a Freaking mint condition swap, I am sorry that puts you on the defensive and feel the need to question my abilities. This is a great forum and feel between this and other avenues that I will find the car I want.

I do not disagree with you, It's just the time to do it and the lack in the Houston area of interested shops, when I call them they explain how they have done swaps in the past and it clogs up their shop from service work.
