Figured I should document what I do to this little beast, finally grabbed a job and I have a lot on my plate for things to get done on her this summer.

This is what I started with late last august

A mostly stock 1993 Suzuki Samurai
It came to me equipped with a decent amount of upgrades, but kept its stock appearance. The upgrades included, things in bold are things I've added;
- 4.90:1 or 6.5:1 Transfer Case Gearing (dunno which)
- 30x9.5x15 Pro Comp 3ply AT tires
- Trail Tough 2.5in shackles
- OME 2.5 Dakar springs
- Cheap offroad shocks
- Hammered in fender-wells
- Trail Tough Belly pan
- Shrockworks Sliders
- por15 Undercoat
I then took the time to clean up all the rust spots on the bottom of the truck and then por15 them, after the por15 had set I continued by undercoating the bottom of the truck with por15 rubberized undercoating.
This was an expensive undercoat, but after a winter in Wisconsin its held up perfect (saved where I rubbed it off in fender-wells with all the flexin' I was doing).

After that the modding died until this spring, when I needed to prepare the car for my trip to Moab, UT. Something everyone should do if they own a 4x4, or even if they don't. I added a Trail Tough belly pan plate to protect my low hanging transfer-case and center exhaust.

I then added shrockworks rock sliders to the little beast,
protecting its rocker panels from getting smashed on all the big rocks in the red playground that is Moab.

Then I took her out for some real fun in Moab

Plans for this summer (hopefully lmao);
- 33x10.5x15s in BFG MT KM2's (may change if anything I like more comes out)
- CB Radio and Antenna kit
- Hammock mount to mount hammock from roll bar to trailer hitch
- 1-2" Body lift for 33s
- Axle Reinforcement
- Better shocks
- Panhard bar
- Different steering wheel
- Seats that dont break my back
Eventually I want to get the looks like this for the fenders, or similar:

I think square fenders really fit the car, and will add a lot more flex if I want to add more in the future, and will clearance the 33"s perfectly, which I can line up edge of tire with fenders If I plan ahead, eliminating a lot of the mud wash in my face, and cleaning up the excessive poke the tires have.
