start the car and use a multimeter to read sensor output.

backprobe the sensor while running and check voltage at idle. open the throttle by hand and record the change in voltage. your readings should be in the 0-5v range.

ICV is not buzzing..... when It was unplugged The idle smoothed, when cold, though it became a bit more lumpy.

Also Squeezed the hose going into the ICV, and it did not change anything.

also read code 1244 after inspecting a bunch, but previously it was 1215, but I checked the AFM's were both good.

if your ICV does not buzz with the ignition turned on then it's dead.

yet It still bogs down at 2k rpm, and often *jumps, or misfires* around 3.5k.

Oh, you only mentioned "new coils" earlier, didn't know you had gone to COP.

How about swapping two of the coils and see if the CEL changes?

Thats a good Idea, BUT it says coil 1 is bad, and coil one is the bad boy that needs to be modified to fit. sO i couldnt swap if I wanted to anyway. Any chance it could be plugs? It said coil 1 was bad even befor eI swapped out t bad ones with the good new ones. hmm

If you haven't done new plugs definitely do that asap, they're super cheap.

replaced plugs, smoothed the idle a bit, didnt fix the problem though.
