Unfortunately, just the drive train and pretty much everything else that made it an Alpina.
Sadly, the shell (with it's vin) is just too far gone to be saved, and unless someone can save the shell by unwinding all the customization that has been done to it in the last 6 years and some how find all the bits to make it whole again - it will never be considered an Alpina in the market.
All that being said, the Alpina registry is tracking what I am doing and the VIN numbers of all cars involved.
