So my axles seem to be toast and I'm debating whether I should buy some aftermarket FEQ axles of questionable quality for $90 each, some oem for $250 each, or getting them rebuilt for $?. Anyone know a place in/near Atlanta that can do this and how much it would cost?

All of the non-OE half shafts I've seen have wrong outboard boots that rub on the shocks, eventually wearing through and loosing the grease needed for the CV joints.
When you pull the half shafts, carefully inspect the splines for galling. If galling is present, you will most likely need to replace the wheel hubs and bearings. Otherwise you probably find that is impossible to seat the replacement half shafts. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

by the time you pay for OE boots (as Jim suggests) and the rebuild, you have to be spending almost as much as OEM replacements. They were made by GKN Lobro and the last one I bought was $220-240.

boots are cracked on both rear output shafts, so at some point I will need to replace or have them refurbished. Right now, I don't feel or hear any vibration, and these are the original shafts (i think).
Does anyone have more feedback on FEQ brand? 100$ with no core charge.
Other options that are not $$$$ ?
