[SOLVED] Bellingham locals: anyone have the fan clutch tool I could use?

    Tool located, solved

Looking to remove the head from my M10 on Thurs night. Anyone have the tool to hold the fan clutch/water pump? Trade ya the growler or 6er of your choosing if I could use it. (I have the 32mm spanner wrench.) I can pick up after 430pm tomorrow (Thurs).

I just use the bike wrench and give it a whack with a mallet, its worked for me on both E30's I've had. Just remember its reverse threads.

32mm bike wrench and a big flat head if so needed. I used this method for years and it worked just fine until I broke down and bought the tool when I got more serious about doing this stuff.

I think he's referring to the tool that holds the water pump pulley, while applying force to the 32mm wrench.
