Maybe I'm just tripping balls but those look like they're upside down.

The bushings are correct, but I had to cut mine slightly to gain clearance for the trailing arm bolt.

The "cap" of the bushing should be on top. Also I believe you need to use the original washer that was on top of the bushing.

                Are they powerflex?

The block on this car is from an E36...hence the sensor.

                      Commitment

Very good build I could read this a dozen times and see something new every time. The question I have is when your done what is the next project you will never be able to stop this is not a project its a way of life and when the bug bites it never stops. Maybe a plane build next?

Thanks! In terms of a next project? We'll have to wait on that. Maybe something newer to start as a base, perhaps a newer tribute car to the old, maybe an M? Only time will tell. ;)

Well it's been a very slow progress but none the less things are somewhat moving along.

Other toys that have taken some time out.
This one is gone now, sold it to buy the next toy.

So nice to work with new hardware

                          Finally in

Had to throw in the old shocks as the Koni's use a 12mm shaft vs the stock 10mm. Didn't realize this when ordering there.

Refinished a set of these with new hardware.

                          :D

Fronts got put in last weekend. Hope to have it on the ground before winter.

So it's been a while since the last update, but work has been progressing on the car.

There was a little delay as the Koni's had a 12mm shaft vs the stock 10mm shaft. So had to reorder the shock mounts. Went with these.

                            Old vs New

                            All in,

Next was the exhaust, the old setup was a Frankenstein of random pipes and poorly welded components. First up was the manifold, so nice for a brand new part

                            Time for a new battery,

Finally moved out on its own power...wheels will be a surprise.

Started to prep the IS skirts, brand new from ECS,
