Might raise the rent but would make it easier to rent. I had 1outlet in my old garage I rented and it was just enough to get shit done

If you are talking about a separate meter some places allow owners to pull their own permits but I can pretty well guarantee if it's not a DIY you are looking at hiring a licensed electrician to pull a permit, install a meter head, panel, run a couple of circuits then order a service drop. Figure $1000+++ depending on how much and what he drinks.
Either go the generator route or ask whoever lives in the house to "rent" you a plug you can run a cord from.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com

Ok found a better solution. Got my dad to finally commit to junking one of the old Alfas in his two car garage. Once we part it out etc he's agreed to give me that side of the garage for my birthday :) I love about 3 blocks away from my parents so it's very close by.
I'm so excited about this. The blue Alfa hasn't been rolled out in over 20 years.
The first pic is how the garage has always looked since my youth. That picture is from around 2007. Next pic is as of last night
