How do you clean the circular filters? I have a kit that I have used for flat stock replacements but now have one like this on my car (which is new) but I was wondering how it gets done?

Use the cleaner solution as normal, just stick the filter around your kitchen sink to wash the dirt/cleaner solution out from the inside out.

Your airbox has the HFM attached to it. The bracket included in this kit holds the HFM in place so you still use that -- you just replace the airbox (which is screwed to the HFM) with the small circular adapter and the cone filter.
