SOLD
Up for sale is my 1989 BMW 325i
This 4 door sedan only has 130k miles, which are actual miles and they are complaint to its vehicle history report.
I bought this off a friend who was the 2nd owner, and his neighbor was the 1st. Haven't had it for long, but i know this car will be a keeper in the right hands!
I have receipts totaling up to ~$4-5k in engine work and preventative maintenance. This includes a low mileage motor from an '88 325is approximated to have 60-80k miles. New Sachs clutch, throwout bearing, pilot bearing. Linkage bushings are all new, also has a short shifter. Absolutely no slop in the gearbox, short and notchy shifts every time make the car enjoyable to drive. Water pump, Timing belt, thermostat, intake manifold gaskets all replaced. New Alternator. New wires and plugs. New Distributor cap and rotor as well.
The car has 14inch OEM basket-weaves with Falken Ziex tires that are like new and all matching. Alpine CD player with AUX and working AM/FM radio as well as the antenna.
Registered till next year and Smogged for the new buyer. This car has central locking system that works from the trunk. Power windows, crank sunroof handle.
Car pulls very strong, and is very fun to drive! The engine is in great shape with lots of miles to go. AC also works and blows cold.
Temps are always within spec, absolutely a driver and can make a great daily.
Overall the car is in great shape, the paint is in mint condition. The dash has one big noticeable crack which is pretty common for its age. There's a small dent on the passenger fender.
Now that the pros are listed, it is time for some cons;
-The car will need an O-ring for its oil filter housing and the oil cooler lines that go in it. Theres a small leak of oil everytime you park it over night.
-Ball joints and tie rods will need replacement in the future.
-ABS light is on, which is probably a bad sensor.
-Dent on fender
