the concern here is not whose land it is- it is the natural resources threatened by the routing. i don't have to tell YOU that pipeline leaks happen. that is simply reality. the best-laid plans and execution cannot prevent this. it will still happen, and does happen, every time we build a new one.

So really, if you are taking that route, you're like the peasants in the middle ages that claimed the earth was flat.
