The Infamous No Fuel - No Spark

OK, so I finally got everything put together correctly and now I have the infamous no fuel no spark issue. I have a Non-Vanos M50 from a 92 325i, this engine and harness ran fine before I pulled if from the donor car.

Let me know if I've missed somethingHere is what I have double checked so far..

    1. Grounds (Total of 2) - Harness ground and engine to chasis ground are good.

    2. Power wires (Total of 4) - Main harness, both E30 fuse box, and diag. power wires all
    good.

    3. Main relay = Good

*4. Jumpering the fuel pump relay socket pin 30-87 does not seem to turn on the fuel pump, also, I checked the green/purple wire on the engine harness plug side and it has no voltage.

    5. 402 DME tested fine when I swapped it into my wife's 92 325is this afternoon so I know to computer is good.

I'm worn out and sooo disappointed, I was really hoping to get this finished up before my last chemo treatment on Thursday. If anyone has any ideas please chime in.

I know, the hardest part is getting people to post up what they did to finally fix the problem.

Ok, I've searched this forum with a fine tooth comb and it seems that this is a common issue people have had with Non-Vanos swaps in past threads, problem is nobody ever comes back and posts what they did to fix it.

Did you mess with the ECU chip? Check for your fuses? remove your fuel lines, crank the vehicle and make sure your fuel is hooked up correctly?
I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.

No, I hooked the ECU up to my wife's car, runs fine.

Fuses are all fine, fuel lines are correct as well. These are all the same things mentioned in the other threads I found in my previous search.

I'm almost 100% convinced it has something to do with a difference in the NVM50 wire harness since all the threads I find are people who got their engines from 92 325i cars like I did.

rs4pro3 wired up my plug adapter and he swears it's as it should be.

Do you have power at 30 or 87?

With the key in the on position I have power at 30 and 85.. Ely had me jumper 30 to 87 and then check the Green/Purple wire pin on the E36 engine harness and there was no voltage.

Good question, what would be the best way to check that?

No, the crank and cam plugs have never been disconnected since it was tested in the original chasis, neither was the crank wheel.

Power Probe :) lol. Or... if you want... I wouldn't recommend this, go to the fuel pump, give the fuel pump itself power and ground...

Where? Do you mean the harness connector or the entire harness

What pisses me off is I know this harness is good, this engine was running fine one week ago with this exact wire harness and ECU.
